Terms and Conditions

1. Introduction

These Terms and Conditions govern your access to and use of the Graded Sports Cards Marketplace website (the "Website") and any related services we offer.

2. Acceptance of Terms

By using the Website or any related services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, you must not use the Website or any related services.

3. Eligibility

Membership to the Website is available to individuals who are at least eighteen (18) years old, reside in the United States, and are legally capable of entering into an agreement. By registering, you confirm that you meet these requirements.

4. Services

The Website allows members to post classified listings for graded sports cards and enables buyers to respond directly. Each member receives one (1) free listing. Additional listings require a Store Subscription, with pricing based on the number of active listings. For full details, please refer to the Site Fees section under Resources.

5. Listings

Each listing may include only one (1) graded sports card. Listings that contain multiple graded cards or any ungraded cards are prohibited and will be removed. Members are responsible for ensuring the accuracy of their listings.

6. Transactions

The Website serves solely as a platform for buyers and sellers to connect. We do not facilitate, manage, or participate in transactions between members and, as such, do not control or guarantee the ability of sellers to fulfill orders or the willingness and capacity of buyers to complete purchases. All transactions are handled directly between buyers and sellers.

7. Your Conduct

Members are solely responsible for their actions on the Website. You may not use this service to post, upload, or transmit any content that is unlawful, harassing, defamatory, abusive, threatening, harmful, vulgar, obscene, or otherwise objectionable.

8. Payments, Fees, and Refunds

All payments are due at the time of purchase, and all sales are final. We reserve the right to modify our pricing at any time without prior notice. We do not provide refunds under any circumstances, including in cases of early termination due to violations of our Terms and Conditions.

9. Right To Suspend or Terminate

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to suspend or terminate your account or any listings on the Website at any time, without prior notice, if you violate our Terms and Conditions. In most cases where a violation is suspected, we may temporarily suspend your account or listing while we conduct an investigation. If the investigation confirms a breach of our policies, we may permanently terminate your account.

10. Disclaimer of Warranties

Members engage in transactions at their own risk. We make no warranties or representations that any transaction will be completed as expected. We are not responsible for the sale, condition, delivery, or authenticity of any items, nor for any damages, misrepresentations, or breaches of contract by buyers or sellers.

11. Limitation of Liability

Our total liability arising out of or related to your use of the Website shall be limited to the amount you paid, if any, for use of the Website during the twelve (12) months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

12. Changes to Terms and Conditions

We may update these Terms and Conditions occasionally to reflect changes in our services. When we make changes, we will post the revised Terms and Conditions on this page with an updated effective date.
